Vegan chocolate & mint ice-cream

– 3 half-frozen bananas
– 1/2 tbsp of Bio Super Spirulina powder
– 1/4 glass of oat milk „The Bridge”
– 2 tbsp of cacao beans (Sack of snacks – Cacao Nibs)
– a handful of fresh pepper mint leaves

Peel bananas and cut them into large pieces, then put them into the freezer for at least 4 hours.

After 4 hours put them into blender glass (if they are rock-hard wait 10 minutes). Add Super Spirulina, oat milk, mint and Cacao Nibs. Now turn blender on high speed and mix all till you geat a thick, sticky mass. If needed, add some more oat milk. Put all into ice-cream bowls and top with few Cacao Nibs and mint.
