How is palm heart pasta different from traditional egg pasta?
Classic egg macron contains gluten, which is found mainly in the cereal flour used to make pasta. There is no gluten in our pasta made from palm, we only use the heart of the “core” of young, undeveloped palm leaves to produce the pasta.
