How does heart of palm noodles differ from traditional egg noodles?
Classic egg noodles contain gluten, which is mainly found in the flour of the cereals used to make the pasta paste. Our heart of palm pasta is gluten free, we use only the heart “core” of the young undeveloped palm leaves to make the pasta. We do not add other ingredients that may contain gluten so harmful to the human body. The consumption of gluten is especially not recommended if you suffer from Hashimoto’s disease
