Right of withdrawal

The consumer may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason by submitting an appropriate statement in any form within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product or without issuing a written statement by simply returning the product.

To meet the above deadline, it is enough to send the statement/product before its expiry to the following address: Mipama, ul. Rogatka 14Z, 62-860 Opatówek, tel. 627670475, mail: sklep@diet-food.pl.

The consumer expresses the will to exercise the right to withdraw from the contract also by returning the goods, following the procedures indicated in sentence 1 of this chapter.

In the event of withdrawal from a distance contract, the contract is considered void. What the parties have provided is returned unchanged. The return should take place immediately, not later than 14 days.

The purchased goods should be returned to the following address: Mipama, ul. Rogatka 14Z, 62-860 Opatowek.

The direct costs of returning the goods in connection with the exercise of the right shall be borne by the Buyer unless the Store agreed to bear them or did not inform the consumer about his right to withdraw from the contract.

The costs of sending the goods are reimbursed by the Store, but if the Consumer has chosen a method of delivery other than the cheapest, usual method of delivery offered by the seller, the seller is not obliged to reimburse the consumer for the additional costs incurred by him.

In the event of the Customer's withdrawal from the contract, the Store will refund the product price within 14 days from the date of receipt of the Consumer's statement. The refund will be made to the bank account indicated by the Consumer. The store issues a written confirmation of the return of the benefit.

The consumer is obliged to return the goods no later than 14 days from the date on which he withdrew from the contract unless the entrepreneur offered to pick up the goods himself. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send back the goods before their expiry.

A model statement of withdrawal from the contract can be found on the Store's website and is sent in an e-mail confirming the order.

The right to withdraw from a distance contract is not available to the Consumer in the case of services with properties specified by the consumer in the order placed by him or closely related to his person, services that are tailored to the individual needs of the consumer.
