  1. GENERAL INFORMATION

    1. The owner of the online store www.diet-food.pl is Mipama E.Z. Szafarz s.j. Rogatka 14Z Opatówek 62-860, hereinafter referred to as the Seller.

    2. The person placing the order is hereinafter referred to as the Customer.

    3. The Seller reserves the right to make changes to the Regulations at any time. Amendments to the Regulations are effective from the moment they are posted on the Store's website. Amendments to the Regulations may not infringe on the rights acquired by Customers using the Online Store www.diet-food.pl The amendments do not apply to those Customers who have concluded a sales contract.

    7. These regulations define the rules for using the online store available at www.diet-food.pl.

  1. REGISTRATION AND LOGIN

    1. Customers have the option of using the extended Services of the www.diet-food.pl Service after registering, using the tools available on the www.diet-food.pl Website, and logging in to the www.diet-food.pl  Service using the access data established during registration.

    2. Registration on the Website www.diet-food.pl takes place through prior acceptance of the Regulations and entering real, current, complete, and correct Customer data into the registration form, in particular, such as e-mail address and optional password. Registration or logging in allows you to remember the Customer's data on the www.diet-food.pl service.

    3. It is forbidden for the Customer to use other people's data, including other people's e-mail addresses, in the registration process. The use of untrue, outdated, incorrect, or incomplete data or data of other persons is the basis for terminating the Agreement concluded between the Customer and the Seller.

    4. After registering using the registration form, the Customer will receive an e-mail address confirming registration and other information required by law to the e-mail address indicated by him in the registration process.

    5. Each Customer may have one Account. Setting up more than one account requires the consent of the Seller. Accounts with duplicate data are the basis for their removal or blocking until clarification is obtained. It is forbidden to use other people's accounts and to share accounts with third parties.

  1. STORE OFFER

    1. OThe offer presented on the website is a commercial offer.

    2. The moment of concluding the contract is the moment of acceptance of the Store's offer by the Customer, which is done by placing an order in the manner specified in point 4.

    3. The presented prices are expressed in Polish zlotys and include VAT. Prices do not include shipping costs. Shipping costs are added as a separate item in the shopping cart. Information on the price of the shipment is provided before the conclusion of the sales contract.

    4. We attach a receipt or invoice to each order sent.

  1. ORDERS

    1. DIt is presumed that the customer of the online store has read the regulations before placing the order.

    2. Purchases in the online store may only be made by persons with legal capacity under Polish law.

    3. The order is carried out provided that the order form is correctly completed and the method of payment and delivery of the goods is selected.

    4. After placing the order, the Customer will receive a confirmation of submission in electronic form.

    5. Sklep diet-food.pl reserves the right, in case of doubt, to verify the order by phone or e-mail. If it is impossible to contact and verify the order, the Store reserves the right to suspend the execution of the order.

    6. We process the order no later than on the fifth working day after placing the order.

    7. If due to the lack of the ordered goods, it is not possible to complete the order within the agreed time, the Customer will be notified of the incompleteness of the order. In addition, he will be informed about the possibility of its implementation at a later date or normal date but with its incomplete implementation and the possibility of its cancellation.

    8. If the Customer decides (when the Store is unable to complete the entire order) to fulfill part of the order, the remaining part of the amount (in the case of prepayment) will be returned to the indicated account.

    9. If the Customer decides to cancel the order (if the store is unable to complete the entire order), the entire amount will be returned to the Customer (in the case of prepayment) to the account indicated by him.

    10. The ordered goods are sent to the customer immediately after they are completed, and if you choose payment by bank transfer, after crediting our account (when paying via Przelewy24, we receive payment confirmation within 20 minutes).

    11. In special cases (as a result of an IT error or unjustified use of a discount code or obtaining and using it in a manner inconsistent with the regulations), the store has the right to withdraw from the sale and not complete the order.
       

  1. SHIPMENT OF GOODS

    1. Shipments are made only on business days.

    2. The shipment of goods is carried out from 1 to 2 business days. Available methods of delivery of ordered products: InPost courier, InPost parcel locker, (we do not influence the hours of parcel delivery by the courier. The courier is not obliged to call the customer before delivering the parcel.) - deliveries are made only through the above-mentioned courier company. Collection in person is also available.

    3. Please be advised that due to the limited ability to control foreign shipments, we ship goods within the territory of the Republic of Poland and to selected EU countries - the list is available on the website when finalizing the order.
       

  1. COSTS OF DELIVERY AND FORMS OF PAYMENT

    1. Shipping costs are covered by the Customer, by the options presented to him in the order form.

    2. You can pay for your order as follows. Traditional transfer directly to your bank account. Payment via PayPal. Transfer via the "przelewy24" service - this service allows you to make payments by credit card or a quick transfer from selected Polish banks, BLIK payment, PayPo deferred payment, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
       

  1. COMPLAINTS AND RETURNS

    1. The customer may submit complaints regarding products sold on the diet-food.pl website by sending a written complaint to the Seller's address.

    2. Complaints can also be submitted by sending a message to the following e-mail address: sklep@diet-food.pl

    3. Filing a complaint should include the designation of the person complaining (name, surname, address of residence, e-mail address) and a description of the event giving rise to the complaint.

    4. Complaints will be considered within 14 days from the date of receipt by the Seller of a properly submitted complaint (containing the required elements and not requiring supplementation).

    5. The customer will receive information on how to handle the complaint by e-mail to the e-mail address provided in the complaint.

    6. The customer may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason by submitting an appropriate statement in any form within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product or without issuing a written statement by simply returning the product.

    7. To meet the above deadline, it is enough to send the statement/product before its expiry to the following address: Mipama E.Z. Szafarz s.j. Rogatka 14Z, Opatówek 62-860, mail: sklep@diet-food.pl. The condition for withdrawing from the contract is the return of the purchased product in its original, undamaged packaging.   1. PRIVACY POLICY

    1. AThe administrator of personal data within the meaning of art. 4 sec. 7 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals about the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation ) (hereinafter "General Data Protection Regulation"), about Customer data, is Mipama E.Z.   1. TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT

    1. The provision of services by the Seller as part of the Account on the Website is indefinite, however, the Customer has the right to close the Account at any time.

    2. The Customer may submit a declaration of termination of the Agreement by e-mail sent from the e-mail address associated with the given Customer account to the following address: sklep@diet-food.pl.

    3. Subject to the remaining provisions of the Regulations, the Agreement may be terminated by the Seller. immediately when:

      1. The registered Customer violates the provisions of the Regulations, or

      2. it has been found that the Customer has provided untrue, out-of-date, incorrect, or incomplete data or statements, or data of other persons, or

      3. actions or omissions of the Customer adversely affect the good name of the Seller or otherwise significantly harm the Seller.

    4. In situations other than those indicated above, the Seller is entitled to terminate the Agreement with a 14-day notice period.
       

  2. FINAL PROVISIONS

    1. W In the event of a change to these Regulations, the Seller will inform the Customers about it on the Website www.diet-food.pl and by e-mail correspondence.

    2. Amendments to the Regulations enter into force on the date specified by the Seller, but not shorter than 7 days from the date of announcement of changes on the Website www.diet-food.pl and from the date of sending the relevant notification of changes to Customers.

    3. In the absence of acceptance of the new Regulations, the Customer is entitled to terminate the contract, by the provisions described in the chapter "Termination of the Agreement".

    4. In all matters not covered by these Regulations, the provisions of generally applicable Polish law shall apply, in particular the provisions of the Civil Code, the General Data Protection Regulation, and the Act on the provision of electronic services.

    5. Any disputes between the parties to the Agreement shall be resolved by a competent common court. Customers who are consumers have the option of using the out-of-court method of dealing with complaints and pursuing claims before the Permanent Consumer Arbitration Court at the Provincial Inspector of the Trade Inspection in Poznań.     6. These Regulations come into force on 01/01/2023.
