The noodles are a light yet filling alternative to traditional wheat noodles. Thanks to natural ingredients and a simple composition, they are perfect both in a classic Asian ramen soup and in stir-fry dishes with vegetables, tofu, or meat.

The RAMEN soup is one of the most recognizable and popular dishes of Asian cuisine. Its basic components are:

  • aromatic broth,

  • noodles,

  • protein and vegetable additions.

Each region and chef interprets ramen in their own way, which makes this dish extremely versatile. It was ramen that became the inspiration for the first instant soups — however, in this version we return to natural, wholesome ingredients.

What makes gluten-free ramen noodles different from traditional ones?

Classic egg noodles contain gluten, which comes mainly from wheat flour. In the case of Bio Millet Ramen, gluten is completely absent. For its production, we use only:

  • organic millet flour,

  • brown rice flour,

  • purple sweet potato powder,

  • water.

We do not add any unnecessary ingredients or improvers that could contain gluten or burden the body. A gluten-free diet is especially recommended for people with gluten intolerance and autoimmune diseases such as Hashimoto’s disease.

Are the noodles suitable for vegans?

Of course. The product has been designed with a vegan and vegetarian diet in mind. It contains no animal-derived ingredients, while providing valuable carbohydrates and plant-based protein. It is an excellent base for wholesome, plant-based meals.

Preparation method

How can I prepare Ramen noodles?

Add 1 liter of water to a pot or enough to cover the ramen block. Bring the water to a boil (100℃). Place one ramen block into the boiling water and cook for 3 minutes, gently stirring with a fork. Continue cooking for 3–4 minutes or until tender. Drain the noodles in a colander under cold running water and rinse thoroughly. Add them to the main ingredients, soup, or sauce.
