✨ Ingredients (for 2 servings):

  • 300 g konjac spaghetti
  • 2/3 eggplant
  • 2/3 zucchini
  • 2/3 red bell pepper
  • 1/2 onion
  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • piece of chili
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • pinch of salt and pepper
  • 1 light mozzarella ball
  • 40 g Spicy Seeds mix Spicy Seeds


🍴 How to make it?

  1. Cut the vegetables into smaller pieces, place them in the air fryer, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Bake 20 minutes at 180°C.
  2. Konjac pasta – drain in a sieve and rinse thoroughly with water.
  3. In a pan, combine the pasta with the roasted vegetables and a little olive oil. Heat and transfer to a plate.
  4. Serve with torn mozzarella, fresh basil, and a topping of Spicy Seeds.
